Due to a sudden family and medical emergency, the guest speaker has had to cancel this meeting.
He has apologised for this and is keen to reschedule the talk, perhaps for a date in October. The Parish Council will arrange this and advertise a date once it is formalised.
The Parish Council’s agenda for the rest of the meeting remains unchanged.
