Blaisdon Parish Council wishes to express its sincere thanks to Richard Boyles, its former Chairman and long-serving Councillor.
Cllr Boyles has provided the Council and the local community with exemplary commitment and leadership for many years, and we wish him and his family all the best in his new life in York.
