Mr Boyles has given notice of his resignation as a member of Blaisdon Parish Council, both as a Councillor and as Chairman of the Council. This took effect on August 8th, 2024. This is due to Mr Boyles moving out of the Parish and, therefore, being unable and eligible to remain a member of the Council.
The acting Chair is now Cllr Jane Spencer.
The Council was informed of this upcoming resignation for several months, and were prepared for this transition. The Council Members extend their most sincere thanks to Mr. Boyles for his service and wish him and his family all the best in their new home.
